FLAT News: EP Response

Last week I posted The Human Element EP (Acoustic Demo Version) on myspace for downloading. I have been very happy with the response so far. The first day heralded 36 downloads and in one week it has gotten over 100 plays. I couldn't be happier with this. If you haven't had a chance to check out these tunes yet, please do so.

Here is what people are saying about the EP:

"The guitar work in the beginning of Beautiful Truth is really quirky and intricate. Cool time signature, odd movements, you know: classic Steven awesomeness"
-John Cory, LSAT man, blogger of note, and music hobbyist.

"By the way, I like your EP very much. You Are Love is a very very pretty song."
-Matt Hanks, Drummer (The Direct Method), belly-button flaunter, and Surly Ninja.

"I'm still gonna download it, my computer has been a jerk for a few days now."
-Alex Dye, Man (the Alex Dye Project), rocksmith, and truck-driver.

In other news, I plan to post a new song on the FLAT-space (thanks Alex) every Monday which will be available for download. I won't this Monday because of the proximity to releasing the EP. So, make sure to check often for new music! This, of course, means that "Death Wish" will only be available for another week until further notice. I plan to include new songs as well as old songs from previous bands that might be of general interest.
